1 Introduction

3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on Love Jill. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using the details of other persons — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate account may be voided.
3.2 Accurate Information Required
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Love Jill cannot be held liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided at registration.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of our licensing obligations and commitment to safe gaming, Love Jill requires all players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include any valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID. Verification is a one-time process — once completed, it does not need to be repeated for future transactions.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Love Jill supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. There is no maximum on withdrawals, though very large amounts may be processed in installments and may require additional verification at the discretion of Love Jill's finance team.
4.3 Processing Times
Deposits via GCash, Maya, and other e-wallets are credited to your Love Jill account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours after approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually completed on the same business day. Love Jill does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy
For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the original method is unavailable, our support team can assist with alternative arrangements subject to additional verification.
4.5 Currency
All account balances, transactions, bets, and payouts on Love Jill are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). If you deposit using a card linked to a foreign currency, your bank or card issuer will apply their standard exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
Important: All bonuses at Love Jill are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players at Love Jill are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus amount, percentage, and wagering requirement will be displayed on the promotions page at the time of your registration. Welcome bonuses are available to each eligible player only once.
5.2 Wagering Requirements

Failure to meet requirements within the validity window results in the automatic expiry of both the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Game Contribution

5.4 Bonus Abuse
Love Jill reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk bets that exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to circumvent wagering requirements. We take fair play seriously and monitor for patterns that suggest exploitation.
5.5 Modification and Cancellation
Love Jill reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be given. Ongoing promotions will be honored under the terms that were in effect when you opted in.
6 Gameplay and Fair Play
All games available on Love Jill use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure that every outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for slot games are accurate and based on independently verified testing.
For live events such as Sabong and sports betting, outcomes are determined by real-world events streamed from licensed venues. Love Jill is not responsible for the outcome of any physical event; our role is limited to facilitating the bet and paying out according to the declared result.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — such as a disconnection, game freeze, or server error — Love Jill will investigate the incident and resolve it in accordance with its technical review process. In cases where the game state cannot be verified, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. This is not a guaranteed outcome in all circumstances; each case is reviewed individually.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Love Jill and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:
- Registering more than one account for any individual person.
- Using the account of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits, or any other technical means.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence betting outcomes.
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical glitches, errors, or exploits in any game or platform function.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
- Engaging in chargebacks on legitimate deposits after placing bets with those funds.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Love Jill staff or other players through any communication channel.
8 Account Security
Your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are your personal responsibility. You must not share them with any other person. Love Jill will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, or live chat.
You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds a significant layer of protection against unauthorized access. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Love Jill support immediately at support@lovejill.net so we can take prompt action to secure your account.
Love Jill will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except in cases where the breach was caused by our own negligence or security failure.
9 Privacy and Data Protection
Love Jill collects and processes your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We collect only the information necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with our regulatory obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension and Closure

If your account is closed for any reason other than a breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your last used payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to completion of KYC verification if not previously completed.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — including fraud, collusion, or provision of false information — Love Jill reserves the right to void all pending and recent transactions and forfeit any balances held in the account.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance will be returned upon successful verification.
12 Limitation of Liability
Love Jill provides its platform and services "as is" and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game information, or guaranteed outcomes. We perform regular maintenance and make every effort to minimize downtime, but temporary unavailability may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Love Jill's total liability to any individual player for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Love Jill is not liable for losses resulting from: your failure to secure your account credentials, acts of God or force majeure, actions of third-party payment processors, internet connectivity issues on your end, or decisions made by regulatory authorities that affect platform availability.
13 Changes to These Terms
Love Jill reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Love Jill platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of any specific promotion or game, the specific promotion or game terms will apply for that particular context.
